Chris Brown has been vacationing in St. Tropez and Cannes recently, reportedly,to be near Rihanna. So, when Chris was photographed in a nightclub in Cannes with Paris Hilton, his friends wanted to make one thing clear: He is NOT hooking up with the heiress.

A friend close to Chris tells us exclusively, “[Hell no] would [Chris] ever hook up with Paris Hilton. Not a…chance in the world, so let that be known right the f*** now.”

Paris, 31, posted a picture of herself with Chris, 23, on her Twitter account. When we told our source about this, they said, “We didn’t even know she posted s*** on Twitter. But whatever, Chris [isn't hooking up with her.] He was nice…to her, hung out, took a few pics, but if she’s trying to use him to get her fame back and to be on stage again, it’s not going down at all.”

The source made it clear that there are plenty of women in Chris’ life who are in line before Paris, saying, “And while we’re on it, he has Rihanna and [Karrueche Tran,] and they’re both way more fine than Paris Hilton.” Ouch! Sorry, Paris!

But like I told you earlier, he ain’t f—ing with her right now at this moment. This girl is on your boy real tough, texting him saying ‘I’m sorry’ and s–t and saying ‘I love you and I won’t talk to another dude but you.’ She’s practically begging a [boy] to take her back but it ain’t going down. B—h should of known better beforehand.”
