Drake’s collaboration with 2 Chainz on “No Lie” was released on May 8 where he raps, “If I take you out of the picture/I know real real gon’ miss ya/No lie, no lie, no lie-ee-i-ee-i/No lie, no lie, no lie-ee-i-ee-i.” In what seems to not be a coincidence, Chris uses those lyrics, allegedly dissing Drake on his collaboration with The Game on “Celebration” as he raps, “And if you wanna roll, have the best night of your life, no lie, no lie/Me and you together girl I’m celebrating you tonight.” “Celebration” was released on Sept. 2 — four months after Drake’s song, and two weeks after Drake dissed Chris on a collaboration with the late Aaliyah. Their ongoing feud started way before these new tracks. Drake dissed Chris during an interview in The Jewish Chronicle when he stated, “I would deem myself the first person to successfully rap and sing.” Ouch! Will this feud ever end? Rihanna is desperate to see Chris at the Sept. 6 ceremony in Los Angeles, sources close to the singer tells EXCLUSIVELY. Do YOU think he will make a surprise appearance?

Rihanna and Chris Brown have a twisted romance, but now the sultry singer is asking her ex-boyfriend to come see her at the MTV Video Music Awards!

Rihanna, 24, let Chris, 23, know that she wanted to see him at the event.

“Rihanna, once again, texted Chris last night and asked,’What’s the deal, ni**a? You coming or not?,’” a source close to the singer says. “He hasn’t responded.”

We recently spoke with Chris’ rep, who told us Chris would not be able to attend the ceremony due to “another commitment.” That said, our sources tell us he’s hoping to potentially attend one of the afterparties — and maybe even see Rihanna there!

“If he’s in Los Angeles he will go to some party,” our source said. “He can’t stay in his Hollywood crib knowing a party is right down the street. He’s going out if there’s a afterparty in Hollywood or something. We all want him to go because it will be good for him.”

Rihanna recently spoke to Oprah Winfrey about her complicated relationship with Chris. “I think he was the love of my life. He was the first love and I see that he loved me the same way. We were very young and very spontaneous. We ran free. We ran wild. We were falling in love going in at a really rapid pace and we forgot about ourselves as individuals.”

Chris Brown cooled off from the blazing summer heat by throwing a pool party with his nearest and dearest, including Young Jeezy, Travis Porter, Big Sean, Wiz Khalifa, Tyga and Sean Kingston.

“Pool party @chrisbrown @youngjeezy my fam @TravisPorter @BigSean @RealWizKhalifa @tyga on the way #Chrisbrownpoolparty,” a friend of Chris’ tweeted on Aug. 26.

Though we’re sure the boys had a blast splashing around, we wonder if they invited any lovely ladies to the soiree? Rihanna has never been shy about flaunting her rockin’ body, but a source tells us EXCLUSIVELY that she skipped out on the party.

“No, she didn’t go. That was mostly a guy’s party for Chris and his people.”

Chris and Drake are co-defendants in lawsuit filed by a company associated with the nightclub the two brawled over Rihanna in back in June, according to a new report! Read on for the details.

The June 14 bar brawl between Chris Brown, Drake, and their entourages at joint nightclubs Greenhouse WiP is still creating drama in both the music stars lives. A lawsuit has just been filed by Entertainment Enterprises Ltd., which has a financial stake in the club, that names Chris and Drake as co-defendants!

According to the New York Post, EEL claims that Chris, 23, and Drake, 25, “shared a grudge against the other arising out of their romantic relationships with the same woman.” (That would be Rihanna.) The suit further claims that when the two crossed paths, they “began to fight violently with each other.”

The suit says that, “Each arrived with his own small army of bodyguards, ‘security’ personnel, employees, friends and other members of their entourage consisting of at least 15 heavily built men trained and/or experienced in hand-to-hand and weapons combat,” claiming that Chris and Drake ordered their entourages to brawl. The suit also claims that the pair “fashioned deadly weapons out of whatever materials they could find, including glasses, alcohol bottles and furniture,” according to the report.

EEL owns the trademark on the Greenhouse name outside of New York, and it had a $4 million deal to license the name in place before bad publicity from the fight ended the deal. The company does not include any current owners of Greenhouse and WiP. The suit asks for $16 million in damages.

A source close to the incident tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that the lawsuit is “completely frivolous.”

The owners of Greenhouse and WiP issued this statement to us: “The owners of Greenhouse and WIP in NYC are not plaintiffs in the lawsuit filed earlier today.  We continue our proceedings at the NY State Liquor Authority in relation to the incident and will have no comment on this lawsuit.”

Many fans are celebrating the fact that Drake released a collaboration with Aaliyah — 11 years after her death — with ‘Enough Said.’ But is a potential Chris diss on the track souring what should be an exciting posthumous comeback? Read on to find out all the details!

Drake has been hinting of a collaboration with Aaliyah since March — using unheard vocals from the late singer. Following an initial celebration of the “Enough Said’s” release, fans are furious that Drake potentially dissed Chris Brown in his featured verse.

Drake raps, “Selling under 150, you ni—s gotta be kidding, is this even a discussion?” Of course, that line could refer to any one of today’s rappers, but Chris released his Fortune album last month, selling 135,000 copies during its first week, compared to Drake’s take of 600,000 with Take Care.

Fans seem to think that Drake IS dissing Chris on the track. A few listeners said:
