Rihanna and Chris Brown have been playing flirty games with each other for quite some time now. And as a source reveals, Rihanna is usually the instigator.

“Rihanna is something else, man,” a source close to Chris tells exclusively. “[She's] putting it out there on a platter for him, and sometimes he bites and sometimes he [doesn't.]“

According to our source, Rihanna, 24, recently sent Chris, 23, a picture of herself in a bikini “and it made him smile.” The source says, “It’s the same thing all the time…The sexy little tweets, the bikini texts, the booty shots, she can’t get enough.”

“He low-key likes it and [high-key] likes her,” our source says. But it seems like most of Chris’ friends are ready for the games to end and for Chris and Rihanna to get back together officially. “So there you go – two f***ing crazy…people who [are] trying to make this s*** work. I’m hoping it’s one day soon [because] this…is just too much. Just…be real about [it.] Come on out to everyone. Just get it over with.”

Chris Brown has been vacationing in St. Tropez and Cannes recently, reportedly,to be near Rihanna. So, when Chris was photographed in a nightclub in Cannes with Paris Hilton, his friends wanted to make one thing clear: He is NOT hooking up with the heiress.

A friend close to Chris tells us exclusively, “[Hell no] would [Chris] ever hook up with Paris Hilton. Not a…chance in the world, so let that be known right the f*** now.”

Paris, 31, posted a picture of herself with Chris, 23, on her Twitter account. When we told our source about this, they said, “We didn’t even know she posted s*** on Twitter. But whatever, Chris [isn't hooking up with her.] He was nice…to her, hung out, took a few pics, but if she’s trying to use him to get her fame back and to be on stage again, it’s not going down at all.”

Chris Brown and Rihanna were reportedly kissing in “plain sight of other partygoers” while boating in St. Tropez, France on Sunday July 22!

Chris and Rihanna certainly aren’t hiding their alleged affair while on international waters! A source on the yacht of Malaysian billionaire Taek Jho Low says Rihanna and Chris were caught kissing. They added, “It was a very private party on a yacht, so they were not worried.”

And this isn’t the first time that the former lovers have reportedly reconnected while in St. Tropez!

Page Six reported the former couple was spotted on billionaire Yuri Shefler’s $300 million yacht this past weekend, and they spent the whole time talking and reconnecting! “There were clearly sparks flying between [them],” says one eyewitness, adding that “they seemed happy to be together.”

So where are the photos? A source close to Chris tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that Chris and Rihanna know how to reconnect without getting their photograph taken! Our source says, “I don’t think they’re going to be photographed together. All his boys are tight and we on that sneaking photo s–t and giving it to y’all. We don’t roll like that.
